Warranty Repair

WARRANTY

ATG shall perform all work in accordance with each designated Contract. Product warranty is based on and in accordance with the various equipment manufacturers used on a project.  All equipment, materials and/or supplies will be based on each individual manufacturer’s stated warranty. Should ATG be requested to diagnose, determine the problem, or perform services on equipment under a manufacturer’s warranty, ATG will provide these services at our standard labor rates and applicable shipping and handling fees, unless these services are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty. ATG is not responsible for radio malfunctions due to system design. ATG guarantees work furnished on the job to be against defective construction or workmanship for a period of one year.
